Church1’s Mission 

Church1 exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ through the core values of worship, community and mission in a multiethnic, multigenerational context.

Purpose of This Team

The Church1 Music + Production + Broadcast Team exists to steward a churchwide culture of Spirit-filled and engaging worship through creative arts.

Cultural Values

These values spring forth from the core of each team member. We lovingly hold each other accountable to see these values exemplified in each other’s lives and ministry.

Purpose-driven

I am captivated by the mission of this ministry and driven to play my part in accomplishing it. As I fix my focus on what it truly means to personally be a steward of Mosaic’s culture of Spirit-filled and engaging worship I set my own desires aside and grow in my desire to serve selflessly.  

Bold

I have been called and anointed to worship the King. He has saved me from sin and from the grave. Living in that freedom, I boldly confess His name and renown to all who’ll hear it. We come with boldness to worship boldly. My father has invited me into this space.

Abiding

I will sit with my God and will meditate on His word. My life will be seasoned by time spent in His presence and I will minister from the overflow thereof.

Maturing

As I grow I seek perpetual spiritual maturity in skill, character, and my walk with Christ. Excellence, therefore, is not a final destination but an ongoing pursuit. Being conformed to the image of Christ is our ongoing pursuit.

Family

I am a loved and valued member of the Music + Production + Broadcast family. These men and women I minister alongside are my brothers and sisters. I will seek their standing above my own, will protect and walk alongside them, and as we grow together we will contend for unity.
